Chunky Monkey Shake

Ingredients

  • 8oz water or almond milk
  • 1 scoop @FunctionSupplements 3HREE Chocolate Protein
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 TBSP Natural PB or Almond Butter
  • 1 TBSP Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 Banana

Instructions

  • Blend Protein, almond milk, half of your banana, ice cubes, and Natural PB – pour mixture into tall glass
  • Mix in walnuts, and the other half of banana (sliced)
  • Enjoy!
